Biography

Aaron Kim is the Middle East's only jazz cellist. Classically trained beginning at age 10 and after graduating from Hanyang University, Seoul Jazz Academy and Berklee College of Music, he set out to build upon a strong classical foundation and distinguish himself in jazz, the art of the improvisers. He's played with the likes of Herbie Hancock and on prestigious stages such as the Latin Grammys in 2007.

As an Electronic musician, he uses Analogue Modular Synth for performing live.

On March 2014, Aaron released his first EP titled Type Two Error, featuring Actor and Poet Dana Dajani.

His latest LP 'Requiem' has now been released online.
